The camp will include activities such as:

  • MZ9 Strength & Conditioning sessions 
  • Running Sessions
  • Mike’s Gym famous assault course
  • Mike’s Gym famous beach workout and water sports
  • Hyrox Malaga (not mandatory)
  • Hikes
  • And relax with a drink by the pool

We will land in Malaga on the 10th (as early as possible) and then move to Mike’s Gym where we will start the Training Camp.

What’s Included

  • Airport transfers and all transport on site
  • 5 nights accommodation at Mike's Gym in a shared room (quad rooms)
  • Night out in Marbella
  • Night out in Málaga
  • 3 meals per day

Not included:

  • Return flights from the UK
