What Is Hyrox?

HYROX is the world's fastest-growing fitness race. It is open to all ages and all fitness levels, from first-timers to elite competitors, and it has spread to over 50 countries worldwide.

The format is straightforward: eight rounds of one kilometre of running, each followed by a specific functional workout station. The stations include sled pushes, wall balls, rowing, ski ergs, and burpee broad jumps. Functional movements that test real-world strength and endurance.

You do not need to be an elite athlete to enter HYROX. You need to be prepared. And that is exactly what we do.

HYROX is a specific event with specific demands. Building the cardiovascular capacity required to sustain eight rounds of running while performing heavy functional movements is not the same as general fitness training.
