At the end of 21 days your coach will talk you through the best next step, whether that is the 6-Week Kick Start or a monthly membership.

How much does it cost?

We cover pricing on your free call. It depends on the programme that is right for you. Book a call and we will walk you through your options.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. The movement assessment on day one means we know exactly where you are. Sessions are scaled to your level. You will be challenged but you will never be left behind or made to feel out of place.

 

What is HYROX and do I have to do it?

HYROX is the world's fastest-growing fitness race: eight rounds of running combined with functional workout stations. You do not have to enter a race to train with us. But many members who arrive with no interest in HYROX end up booking their first race within a few months. It tends to work that way.

What if I miss sessions during the 21 days?

The Kick Start gives you unlimited access. If your attendance drops, your coach will check in. We build the habit together.

Kingdom Grove Road, Penshurst, Tonbridge, Kent, TN11 8DU. Roughly 10 to 15 minutes from Tonbridge and 20 to 25 minutes from Sevenoaks.
